I help CEOs of growth-stage and mid-sized companies scale technology and operations with rigor — stabilizing delivery, embedding governance, and developing leaders so growth is efficient, sustainable, and resilient.Previously, I spent two decades leading high-stakes technology teams, including those responsible for the platforms that handled $5 trillion in annual debt issuance at the Federal Home Loan Banks.
